Ruggy is a prior service United States Marine. After the Marine Corps, Ruggy founded, “Our Hands Helping Others, Inc.” a 501C3 that helped women & children escape slavery in the Middle East. Previous to ALFA Tech, Inc., Ruggy consulted for national and multinational corporations.

Ayich lEGESSE, cHIEF ENGINEERING OFFICER

Ayich spent many years in the General Contracting field before obtaining his Engineering Degree from the University of Maryland. He’s held Senior positions with numerous multinational A & E firms and has worked on projects in the both the United States and abroad. He’s a Cost Estimating guru.

david nELLIS, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

An award-winning creative director and strategic marketing communications specialist, David brings to the table more than 30 years of success devising and deploying multi-tiered, brand-driven marketing programs to deliver top-of-mind image/message awareness and revenue for a wide range of local, regional, national and international clients. Prior to ALFA, he served as president of two of the five largest marketing communications agencies in the Greater Washington, D.C. region and, earlier in his career, as chief marketing officer for the combined, Raleigh’s and Garfinckel’s specialty store chains and as vice president, public relations for Hecht’s, the largest department store division of the May Company (now part of Federated Stores).
David holds both a B.A. and an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Johanna reyes, CHIEF growth OFFICER

Johanna was raised in a General Contracting family before obtaining a degree in finance. After graduating college, she started her career working for one of the “Big Six” ad agencies. She’s a true unicorn, combining her General Contracting, finance and Advertising backgrounds with her understanding of Business Development and people which has led to significant growth.
